General Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all client services for assigned accounts working with the project team. These services may include:

- Branding, Design and Content creation
- Marketing Campaigns
- Website Updates
- Marketing Automation
- Lead Generation and/or Social Media
- Be the strategic point of contact for client communications
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of the key account's success related to our services
- Provide ongoing updates to key account contacts and Ignite management. The main purpose is to identify challenges and solutions, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insight, direction and strategy.
Education & Training Requirements
You will be expected to learn and become proficient in the software platforms that ensure client success.
Job-Specific Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar or somewhat related role
- Familiarity with common digital platforms and social media channels
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English using verbal and written skills
Compensation
- Based on industry knowledge and work experience in comparison to other candidates at the same job level.
